Hey Rockstar, You have up to 48 hrs before your appointment start time to cancel, reschedule or edit services. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a 40% charge of any services scheduled. Any appointment that is a no- show will result in a 40% charge of any services scheduled and you are subject to being unable to book future appointments. If you arrive late to your appointment, outside of your ten minute grace period, you may have to reschedule and/or pay a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling fee can be up to 40% of your original appointment total if we have to reschedule to another day. The need to reschedule will depend on if I am able to work you back into the schedule same day or not. The above policy applies to all services except for bridal services. Bridal services will always receive 100% charge for cancellations, no shows or last minute reschedules. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule. I understand that things come up that are out of our control. If an emergency arises that will hinder you from making your appointment, please communicate that to me. My main goal is to provide exceptional services in a timely and professional manner for each of you. Adhering to this policy, ensures that I can do so.
